Chair Yoga

A creative, full-body workout designed to be done sitting with the support of a chair. Great for improving mobility, circulation and flexibility — while keeping it safe and accessible for all levels.

Stretch & Restore

Release stiffness and unlock your body’s natural ease of movement. Through gentle stretches, breathing techniques and mindful relaxation; this class helps improve flexibility, reduce tension and leaves you feeling calm and renewed.

Core & Posture Essentials

Strong cores support strong lives! This class is designed to strengthen your abdominal and back muscles, improve posture and protects your spine. You’ll leave taller, stronger, and more energized.

Cardio Dance Fun

Water Aerobics
