P.A.I.N. is Pay Attention Inward Now

I’ve spoken before about Signal vs. Noise.

If you are not choosing the signals
If you are not listening to the whispers of your body

Eventually PAIN becomes the signal strong enough to get your attention.

NOISE is the interference.
The constant distractions, overstimulation, stress, rushing, people-pleasing, emotional suppression, processed living, and disconnect from self that prevent you from truly listening within.

P.A.I.N. = Pay Attention Inward Now

Your body is always communicating:
Fatigue
Tension
Inflammation
Weight gain
Anxiety
Hormonal shifts
Brain fog
Exhaustion

These are not betrayals. They are messages.

Just like yoga is called a Practice, not a workout
your daily movement, nerve system care, breathing, nourishment, boundaries, and lifestyle habits are all a Practice too.

Listening is a practice.
Slowing down is a practice.
Being kind to yourself is a practice.
Healing is a practice.

Your body is not working against you.
It is trying to guide you back home to yourself.

Pain literally means pay attention inward now.
