A regulated nervous system is the real productivity hack.
You're not tired because you’re too busy.
You’re tired because you’re trying to look good, stay healthy, build a business, keep everybody happy, prove yourself, and be everything to everyone
all at the same time.
I know because I’ve done it.
I pushed too hard for too long.
I burned out.
My nervous system eventually hit the brakes for me.
So I stopped. I stepped back.
I rebuilt my life from a place of spaciousness instead of survival mode.
Here’s what I discovered:
⭐ You can still be productive without living in constant pressure.
⭐ You do not have to get everything done in one day.
⭐ Your body was never designed to sprint from task to task.
Instead of the word "balance"
Use the word "blend"
Each day requires something different.
"Balance" is too linear because it always implies you are either "in-balance" or "out-of-balance".
Begin to blend each day in a way that regulates your nerve system, hormones, family life, work life, and it's not selfish to have "me time" blended in too:
Gentle movement.
Quiet mornings.
Time to think.
Time to breathe.
Time to transition.
Whenever you feel out-of-balance

Blend!!!!
